I usually have a get-to-know-you-better session with my customers so I can serve them better. What kind of lifestyle do they have? Are they looking for something to stay in, or looking for a property to invest in? What are their plans in the next 3,5,10 years? The fact that 80% of my customers are from referrals and I have had repeat customers is testament of the service I provide to them.
I believe in serving my clients in the best of their interest, walking them through any sales process, time frames and importantly their financing as well. Advising them to the best of my knowledge.
