With over 20 years working in an extremely fast pace environment as a commodity trader, I moved to the real estate sector 15 years ago as it offers more excitement and fulfilment because I am able to meet people to help with their real estate requirements...buy, sell, rent, invest, divest....
Started as a showflat IC for new launches, I was then invited to join a major developer to plan and market residential and industrial properties.
From there, I joined an international property consultancy to focus on industrial properties. Next, I moved up to capital market in another international property consultancy where we did collective sales, sales and leaseback and build-to-suit transactions.
My last tour before becoming a real estate agent was managing and marketing colonial black and white houses which was another rare and wonderful experience.
