I have embarked on my second career as a real estate advisor/consultant after decades of experience in the land and building industry.

Having worked in URA for more than 30 years, I am familiar with the statutory Master Plan, land use and urban planning, conservation, development control, development charge (now part of Land Betterment Charge), etc.

I have a passion for helping my clients make more informed decisions in their real estate investment journey through my knoweldge and capability. And I take pride in satisfying my clients’ investment needs and aspiration.
