I am truly privileged to have assisted many homeowners who have entrusted me to assist them in their real estate matters, be it in their asset progression or fulfilling their dream of owning their first property. The current sentiments of the market in general may seem somewhat unfavourable, either way you perceive, as a seller or buyer. With recent government measures and high interest rates etc, you’ve probably witnessed many waiting at the sideline trying to time the market. But this is wherein lies the opportunity! Well, there’s really never a good or bad time to invest in properties, especially in Singapore where land is scarce. Often than not, those who attempted to time the market mostly ended up missing the opportunities, and those who FOMO (fear of missing out/herd mentality) always find themselves entering when the prices are high!
