  Fantastic location, good view, responsive man

  It is a good apartment to be in the heart of city, convenient to travel anywhere with the MRT station, and Great World City has everything that you need to live comfortably. Nearby amenities for a healthy lifestyle - walk or run along the river, with amazing sunset or sunrise views by the water.

  Decent condo

  A decent boutique development. Efficient layout for those without the pointed balcony. Near great world shopping mall and many good food outlets. Free bus to orchard from great world city mall . Min away. Good view . zion park connector will be done within next year and new upcoming mrt will be good for tenant or own stay

  Traffic Noise and Poor Construction

  The condos look nice on both the outside & inside, however, they are poorly built when it comes to sound proofing. If your condo is located on the Zion/GWC side, you will hear every car, motorcycle, and even people walking by. In addition, there’s major construction on the road next to GWC and the river, so you will hear noise from 7am-10pm everyday… even on the weekends. I would never suggest renting until all the construction is complete and the new MRT going up next to GWC is done…which should be in 2017! Word to the wise find another property unless you don’t mind construction and road traffic noise!

  1800psf???

  at 1800psf, this place should not be facing a longkang. The smell on a hot afternoon can be terrible for some. layout is not optimum. everything is a squeeze. no view to speak of. 1800psf? i will not consider even at 1200psf.
