Excellent location with excellent potential
When my agent first introduced this project (District 13) to me, I was sceptical because of the location. My requirements are simple. I wanted my next home to be easily excess to major expressway yet away for the traffic noise, near town preferably max. 10mins drive to Orchard Road n Marina area, 1 min walk to MRT and walking distance to several (in case I get bored with the same food) eateries, walking distance to NTUC fairprice for daily groceries & POSbank for banking purposes. This project gives me all the above.When I combed the area last week, I was told that MMC Land has won the tender to build a shopping mall next to it. This'll definitely increase the value of nearby projects. Now, I'm seriously considering buying my apartment at Woodsville 28.

What more can u ask for
MRT at the doorstep. PAP now in control. Nin Residences selling at $1300 psf. 2 MRT stations to town. Developed by Fraser Centrepoint. Great potential that has not been realised.

Woodsville 28
Agreed. Location for Woodsville 28 is really good, it is very convenience and this place has great potential. Once the plot of land (for commerical and retail) behind the MRT station is confirmed, this place will be even better.

Excellent Condo @ District 13
Woodsville 28 is indeed a premium condo, exclusively for 110 units, complete with fine quality interior finishes. Developer is Fraser Centrepoint. MRT right at your door steps, famous school - St Adnrew's Village. One station away from upcoming NEX shopping centre. For investment it is surely comparable to district 11 and high rental yield.
