Poor Conditions and Management
The conditions of this condo have seemed to gone down hill in the past few years. The management has let the property decline to unsafe levels. The children's playground is dangerous and there is mold covering the outside buildings. The furniture around the pool is horrible. This place could be so much better. -

Residents are great. Everything else, not so
Pros: Close to MRT. Nice neighbors. Cons: Playground structure is falling apart with large holes and sharp rusty metal exposed with high likelihood of hurting children. Pool amenities are falling apart and when removed are not replaced. Pool drainage grates routinely break and leave areas where someone could easily step wrong and become injured. Condo exteriors are dirty and paint is flaking off the walls and ceilings in common areas. Overall there is a steady decline in the overall property that goes I repaired and when concerns are brought up they are dismissed with no repair or plan of repair. -

Old and Poorly Managed
This is an older condo which is showing its age. The building was repainted only a few years ago however is covered in mold and water stains. The elevators are constantly breaking down and when there is any heavy rain, apartments flood as the drains are too small to cope with water running off roof onto balconies. Our apartment has flooded on numerous occasions unless we are present to bail water from balcony and terrace with a bucket. The management has implemented a rule no pool toys or floats in pool which ruins our family pool time. Also there is very little furniture at the pool, what is left is all broken. The playground was shut for many years and now there is a maintenance person who verbally abuses children at the pool area when playing. This once was a great place, not anymore. -

Woodgrove Condo Review
I have lived in Woodgrove Condo for a few years and have enjoyed my flat. However, the management needs to provide better services. The exterior of the entire condo is full of mold. There is loud construction noise as an HDB is being built across the street (may only affect a few blocks). The pool area needs furniture for people to sit on. The little furniture they have are all broken. The guards at the gate are doing their best but they could be friendlier and kinder to residents and their guests. The reviews above are very old. I would have agreed with most of the positive reviews when I first arrived over five years ago, management needs to bring back our condo to the glory days. My review was written on Oct. 21, 2023. Property Guru vets reviews and I hope this one is approved. -

Difficult MCST to deal with for renovations
Older property with a lot of wear & tear requirIng significant reno investment. The MCST is difficult to deal with, is not transparent & not collaborative resulting in reno delays for several months -

Low rise, low density, spacious layout and proximity to the American School is recipe for stable and constant rental income. This condo faces vast greeneries at the moment though one would expect more -

Resort style living
Low rise resort style condo which offers amenities like NTUC supermarket and 24hrs eatery just 2 mins walk from my doorstep. I love to stroll along the big green field with my aging dog, and I would want to do it more often in the morning as the air quality is good. The condo management staff have done a good job thus far in upkeeping the premises. With all these attribute coupled with established international school nearby, expect good rental yield and nice upside potential. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who are looking for quality living and long term investment. Hope you guys love this place too. Cheers. -

Nice place to stay esp for families and kids
Had a chance to view a few units in this development with my wife. Very pleasant surroundings and welcoming place to stay. Units are especially spacious (rare!) and have good layouts. Renovated units that are well maintained are hard to come by. Rental returns are also good - ard 3.5%-4%. Though the ground floor and penthouse units sound nice, we've heard that there may some leakage issues. Best units we've seen are on either 2nd or 3rd floors. Price is also very good comparing other nearby developments. Several years ago can buy for less than 500psf, but slightly above is still good buy because of higher prices elsewhere. All in all, worth considering this development. -
