Big space for family
Windermere is quite big space for family with children, especially kitchen area separate from bedrooms and living room that's my favorite. -

Value For Money
I bought my unit in January after viewing more that 50 unit island wide. This property is great in location (near MRT, 4 stop to Jurong MRT where all the great shopping located). Near super n wet market), square shape floor plan, nil floor size is big. Very quite environment. The property price is reasonable. It will b great for for home stay. tenants who rent here will also b very happy because rent is not high. -

Very nice place!
This condo satisfied all our main criterias for own stay : less than 500m to MRT, quiet area, lots of greeneries, big sized units below $1m. Bonus is the park connector that is just so useful for jogging, biking or simply long walks after dinner. Excellent value for money. -

Suitable for family
This condo is very convenient in terms of location, with MRT and shopping very close. The layout of the whole development is reasonably well planned suitable for family. -

Bicyle track and jogging track
Windermere has the side door to access to the bicycle track and jogging track just behind the condo so convenience. -

great place for family
When I bought this, I intially thought it is little away from city but being so close to MRT and all other amenities, this turned out to be wonderful place. Very peaceful & quiet. Great to see many kids around and but nomally afternoon is empty without kids and hence wonderful time to swim and relax. I would recommend this this for asian as well as western expats with family. -
