Surrounded by greenery in the middle of the c
Lived in a high floor unit at the back and still miss the tranquility of the place and the sound of birds waking me up in the morning. Centrally located with access to MTR. Facilities somewhat basic, but good enough for young families and your day to day work-out. The experience on the lower floors may be somewhat different though depending where the unit is located/facing. -

Good Investment In the District 9 Area
Very quiet, safe space and comfortable environment. Have been living here since my childhood and couldnt find a better place! -

What were the architects thinking...?
Major issues with ventilation. Only 1 small window can be opened in each of the 3 rooms. The view faces the opposite block and a retaining wall that backs into the condo. If you are on the 3rd and 4th floors, you might be lucky enough to get some breeze. Otherwise it’s still air or 24/7 AC. The kitchen window opens out to the AC ledge which is 95% covered up. The occasional drain stench is quite evident, and is also present when the light/ventilation fan is switched on in the 2nd bathroom as the airflow comes from the AC ledge area. There is no window in the 2nd bathroom so you either use it without the light or endure the occasional stench. Ditto the kitchen and bombshelter; both are shrouded in darkness even in the day. -
