a highway to nature
separating West Park Regency from the patch of green known as West Coast Park is the west coast highway. but there's still a buffer with the pasir panjang road before that so you won't get the full brunt of the noise and dust from that highway. great location imo, with nature to the south-west and top education institute to northern stretch. could possibly spot some wildlife from your bedroom window as well

Westpark Regency is really close to NUS and the whole science park area. great potential if you snag a unit here as they will be your tenant target audience. prices not too bad at about $1.7M for 3BR unit, that's why with this target audience, should have good flow and rental yield.
