  Mixed Bag

  Pros: Close to DTL and thereby city, Greenwood Avenue is convenient for eateries and basic needs. Pool is excellent for lap swimming (60 metres), indoor lift is helpful for multi-generation living, gym is small but sufficient and usually empty. Cons: Living cheek to jowl with neighbours which is a general downside of cluster houses. If you don’t mind a multitude of smells and noises you'll be fine. The major downside is that the developer cut a lot of corners both with the interior finishing but mostly also the quality of the build itself. Water seepage and damp basements are something you would not expect of a building completed in 2012.
