Abundance of integrated water features in low
There are only 180 units in total at Watten House, an upcoming freehold luxury development in the Bukit Timah area. This took over the Watten Estate Condominium that was completed in the 1980s. What’s lovely about this premium property are the countless water features that are seamlessly integrated into the development’s grounds. This, together with the low density living, evokes a sense of peace and tranquillity, which is exactly what the developer intended. At the entrance, you are greeted by an Arrival Water Cascade; inside there are the Terrace Falls, Cascading Pond, Aqua Lounge, Aqua Gym, Jacuzzi Pool and even a 50m Lap Pool. These water features also weave in between the blocks. Guess it’s a small price to pay to forgo a tennis court and on-property playground for the kiddos. -
