  Perfect location and transportation, mixed ba

  Lived here for 7 years. The location is perfect: the MRT and the LRT are next to the condo. If your destination is enclosed, no need for an umbrella or anything. The mall is excellent. There is also a very nice nature park as well.

  Only pro is location and tonnes of pools?

  Stayed here for a few months already but I can say location is seriously good since mrt is right beside. However, the MRT construction is getting too near the condo which drills and is noisy, stinky and dusty 24/7 (yup.. middle of the night included with heavy machinery usage).. this will continue till end 2026.. Many people moving in and out often too.. When moving house, movers charge extra as there's long hallway and is more  complicated since it's within the mall.. fire alarm goes off so often (4 to 5 times in 6 months).. not forgetting pests issues.. Cooking fumes from mall is no joke too.. For units that are facing other units, it's kinda too near and you can hear mahjong, quarrels, and the worst are barking dogs! Saw reviews before renting here and they're all so true.. sighh

  Waste of money

  Stayed at Watertown for 2 yrs. Extremely difficult place to live with three different entrances maling deliveries from Amazon etc very difficult. Huge mall below with shops and restaurants, always noisy. Condos are very very hot, heat generated from the mall and the vast concrete open area, no vegetation aeast 400 mts away, breaks the wallet paying for utilities. With several restaurants below the weird smells of cooking permeates the air. An itterly unlivable place. Avoid it if you can. Go for condos with lots of greenery whichvwatertown is not.

  One of the most well located condo at Punggol with shopping centre below, waterway at its doorstep, it’s considered quite a prime property at Punggol

  Good location with poor quality units

  Location is excellent. Unfortunately one of the worst Fraser projects. Units are fitted at a low standard with low quality materials. Lots of complaints made about the interior and communal areas.

  SOHO or so-so

  Best feature:location.SOHO=unique.Design seems targeted at small family or young working couple(2BR)or bachelor pad(1BR)!Bad quality & workmanship.Ppl moving in-out ALLTHETIME! NOISY vent/generator!

  Great location. Poor quality and design. Comm

  The location is great with Punggol MRT/LRT and Waterway Point Shopping Centre downstairs. Unfortunately the quality, workmanship and design leave a lot to be desired. Noisy dogs. Looking to sell asap.

  Convenient and quiet

  Conveniently located above Punggol Stn and just 3 mins from my door to the platform. Sheltered link to mall via L2 & B2. No LRT motor noise w closed doors (same as BTO). Quiet once neighbours are in.
