Lovely quiet place in central area
- near to three MRTs (Newton MRT, Somerset MRT, Dhoby Ghaut MRT) all within walking distance (10-15 mins) - near to multiple bus stops as well - despite being in the central area, the condo is still quiet and peaceful. many different people living here (families with young children, older children, singles, expats, couples, etc.) -

Only the looks are good....
Modern condo at the heart of Somerset. Positive: very close to transport links of Somerset and Orchard shopping. Key problems: extreme and constant/24hr noise from both roads, facilities unusable for almost entire period I stayed there. Lots and lost of dog owners in the condo, so expect lots of barking and dog pee on the walkways. Occasional snakes and rotting bird carcasses on the premises. The condo is made out of pure concrete, so they are VERY hot throughout the days and nights. -

Unpleasant experience
the experience with a particular landlord is very bad... theylandlord and the agent refused to pay back the security deposit... too much CTE noise and fungus in apartment... bad experience -

Well located low rise lovely development.
Well located low rise lovely development. You must preferably be someone who don’t need to open your windows often as the close proximity to the CTE means quite a bit of noise level is unavoidable -

Proximity to Expressway
There's hardly anything bad to say about this development. But the proximity to the CTE just kills my interest. I mean many balconies are practically on top of the expressway - didn't anyone on the architect team think that this might be a turn off!? With high quality double glazing this might be bearable, but forget ever opening your windows. -

Lovely development
I currently live on Cavenagh road and so I pass by this project every day. Their pool looks like a very decent size for downtown projects, like an oasis in the middle of town (most importantly for me, it is on the ground and not on the top of a building, as I like to sunbath on the ground and on the roof). The developer is a reputable one in the high end space I heard. My lease is coming up and I am considering this project for my next move. As for noise from CTE, I think it depends on the units you are in but my current unit faces Istana and I don't have any problem with noise. Cavenagh road is green and tranquil when you pass by. AND the location is unbeatable, with so many eateries and stores within walkable distance and I take MRT at Somerset station. Ideal location for the city lovers. -

Everything is perfect but the CTE NOISE
This is a quality finishes & designed project by a reputed developer. I stopped by with my husband to survey the development, contemplating of getting a unit here. We like everything about this area, except for the CTE Noise. It is bearable for those units facing the pool and condo gym but for those units with their balconies facing the CTE expressway, i can imagine the pain of having to endure with the 24/7 CTE traffic noise, while trying to get a good night sleep and having to breathe the carbon monoxide discharge fumes from the traffic. -

Low rise with easy access to Orchard
I went by to see this new development that should be completing soon as I am looking for a place to rent. This is a great location, with easy access to Orchard by a bridge (crossing CTE) right next to the condo. Personally, I like low rise and so this can be good. Noise is not so bad, especially for the pool facing units. Anyways, I find most of the condos around Orchard area facing the main roads and there are definitely worst ones if there is a bus/ garbage truck stop right in front! To me, that's worst....What I like here is the low rise atmosphere, a pretty large pool and pool deck and the accessibility. I do not have a car and I like to walk everywhere. From this condo, I can walk to Plaza Singapura or 313 Somerset in less than 10mins. I will definitely consider this when it is completed. Ideal city location with a lot of greenery facing the presidential palace. -

Noise and noise and noise
Most of the units are facing the CTE..at close proximity!!! Interested buyers will be better to wait till it had TOP and hear the noise pollution for themselves. I won't want to live in one of those units certainly, even if it is in Orchard Road area..... peace is an asset. -
