  No frontage, narrow road. Authorities

  The drum beats from temple can be heard throughout. Both Hindu and Guanyin temples are monuments and can be often crowded. Beggars are at the entrance.Low rental yield unless lease out > 6 pax illegal

  Caution!! Buy or invest at own risk

  The place simply run down and do note that it situated in between An Hindu and Guanyin temples. Drum sound can be heard from Hindi temple and incense smokes from Guanyin temple. Won't enbloc too.

  Cannot enbloc due to not approve for hotel us

  The place is built up to its plot ratio and authorities did not allow change of use to Hotel due to narrow road so cannot enbloc.

  Avoid at a all cost

  The development in between places of worships which is not good for fengshui. There is rumour that the owners are mainly widowers. Main road to the development is block out by pedestrian pavement.
