nice facilities n big pool.issue is the feeling in 7th month... bedok reservoir last time, tink everyone know... no need say.

Amazing Property
Loving it staying here friendly people , food and other amenities nearby. every morning wake up to the reservoir view
considering this place to buy before economy soured. Impressed with unit layout, facilities, and direct parks connection. Good value. Still looking to it as alternative to overpriced katong/amber

Waterfront GOLD
General quite OK for the price.
The toilet flooring is bad with crack-lines and white spots, as the 5-sided glazing has been badly done. Wall hairline cracks, tile cracks and parquet shrinkages are also common defects.
Surprising though, this project won the GOLD award from BCA QM!!!
