  Construction incoming near Watercove...

  In population dense Singapore, constructions is always ongoing. The old Sembawang Shipyard nearby is being redeveloped, which means noise and dust to come. Don't forget the issues with waterfront living. Mildew on walls, need to buy strong dehumidifier, stuff rusting easily. Forever salty smell. Just happy it doesn't face the industrial Pasir Gudang area like Punggol waterfront housing. Otherwise overall can see why Watercove is such a hot property. Just consider properly and don't buy because everyone is buying.

  many resort feeling

  Watercove is not East Coast or Sentosa, but you also get sea views everyday from the balcony. relaxing & feels you’re on vacation everyday. Quiet and peaceful here, quite rare in Singapore. Expected because quite far from everything. also some secret spots along the beach to discover. Many resort feeling.

  Well-planned for residents wanting sea views

  The carpark at Watercove is underground, which shows the developer is thoughtful for residents who worry about quicker wear and tear due to seawater and weather. Can take the lift from carpark basement to your unit or up to roof where there is BBQ facilities. This cluster house is a hidden find on the edge of Singapore indeed, frontrow seat to Malaysia lol. Haven for exercise by the water, seabreeze, bringing dogs out for a jog. Resort living without paying crazy price like Sentosa. No wonder this freehold won so many awards becuz it is just beautiful and rare.

  Great place to live

  It’s far but good for those who likes the peace. Everything is beautiful. Big place great for having friends over.

  Watercove

  Peaceful and quiet with parks and beaches within minutes of walking. Freehold. Beautiful landscaping within the compound. Excellent award winning design of Watercove homes. Good quality finishes.
