Good PSF value buy: Villa Des Flores
Current PSF range at Villa Des Flores is $1,661 - $1,935. Good value because the units are very big starting from 129 sqm for 2BR and up to 178sqm for 3BR. Plus is freehold. Families will love living here, private but also feels safe with a youthful energy cos schools nearby and plenty of amenities a short drive away. condo old no doubt, but still plenty of value to enjoy. Good rental property if you are considering that too. -

Feels like middle of nowhere
For those who like peace and quiet amid greenery, Villa Des Flores might be suitable. but if you don’t have a car, getting to places can be quite inconvenient. Nearest MRT is Novena, still quite far away. The Mount Pleasant and Bukit Brown stations on TEL not operational. For someone like me who likes to be close to shops, dining, and other facilities, it just feels too isolated. On top of that, the condo itself is quite old and doesn’t have a lot of amenities to make up for the location. With only a bbq area, racket sports courts and small playground, there’s not much to do within the condo either. It doesn't even have a lift. -

Serene environment tucked away and private
Charming freehold condo along Whitley Road. Spacious and doesn’t feel crowded. Since it’s a low-rise development, there aren’t too many units, so you have more privacy. Facilities are simple, but they’re well-kept. Personally feel the location is convenient and near to schools like CJC and SCGS, which is good for parents. While away from the busier areas, anything in Singapore is close enough so no need to worry. Villa Des Flores is a good choice for anyone who wants a bigger living space without paying the high prices of newer condos. Truly a hidden gem if you don’t mind the older style and want something with a homely feel. -
