Nice Condo
I am extremely happy in this compound. It is very well built, convenient for public transport, walking distance to restaurants, supermarket etc. and close to downtown. There is a park connector being built right next to the compound, which is ideal for a nature lover like myself and downtown line 2 will be less than 5 minutes walk when it opens. After being fed-up looking at too many new developments where the unites are too small, with far too much unusable outside space and frankly poorly construction / planning we opted for Villa Azura and are very happy. Issues mentioned in the previous post appear to have been rectified: the building is well kept and the basement car park is immaculate! -

Looking its age
Small quiet development which is looking tired & not well maintained. Carparks smells of refuse from refuse chutes/dumping ground not thoroughly cleaned. Visitors doesn't get screened by Security Guard who's often asleep at night with the barriers up. -
