Convenient location and
Nice place for small family. The location for this condo is the selling point. Located along the start of Telok Kurau road and beside East Coast road - accessible to the city with many bus stops. Upcoming MRT station is less than 10 min walk away. Plenty of eating place around the neighbourhood. Was happy that the shops below is not meant for F&B. I thought it’s better for hygiene and avoid unnecessary crowds. -

Mixed Developement along the main road.
Mixed Developement along the main road. Although the commercial shops don’t serve that much of a convenience. Not bad for investment with decent rental yield -
