  Unavoidable Noise

  As a current tenant, I'd like to warn families with young children or anyone that is unsettled by constant noise that Versilia is, unfortunately, heavily affected by construction from The Continuum development. Our unit in Tower 31 faces the site and it operates from 7-8pm 6 days a week. On top of that, Ipoh Lane is constantly being jack hammered and excavated to access the gas and electricity network. It’s a solid condo, with a nice pool and sizeable units, in a fantastic location that presents a lot of value for renters, however it cannot outweigh the strain the noise and dust pollution is having on our family.

  Bad experience after tenancy end

  Stayed at block 3x . Low floor, room facing street. Some noise can be heard from below. No dedicated storage room. Had to chase my deposit as it wasn't returned within 14 days as per contract. Hard to deal with

  Great location but noisy

  I love the area and near MRT and malls but it is very noisy. The management was never helpful. They are more like police looking for a reason to yell at you. The pool is great but the gym is not.

  Best condo at Katong

  This is probably the best condo at Katong. The unit I stayed at is large, with 3 bedrooms, nice layout, get nice wind from the balcony. Location is great, close to 2 MRTs. Actually, it's even better now with One KM Shopping Centre being completed nearby.

  The best in the east for value

  This development is without doubt the best layout i have viewed many times while awaiting for my lease to end i will be leasing a unit April without hesitation.

  Good mid size development to stay and invest

  Have been staying as tenant since 2011 and have been enjoying. I missed buying during the launch in 2009 and thus bought other places, waiting for my own condo TOP in 2013. The condos and its facilities- 100 plus units thus not overcrowded and well equipped with decent sized facilites( no tennis court though). Layout seems more "classy" as compared to the surrounding condos. Good location and very convenient - can get a taxi easily/anytime and few bustops only 5 mins walk. 8 mins walk to Paya Lebar MRT or the less crowded Dakota Surrounding- Have been lots of development since last year- A new shopping mall with condo building is 3 mins walk away.Katong Regency. I suppose it will be completed in 2014/2015 based on the pace they are developing. Good the residents here with more options of shopping and their condo value will rise!I suppose this is part of Paya Lebar future business hub plan The security- Very strict as some residents highlighted and I observed personally but i guess it is good for residents themselves. each unit allows 2 cars but 2 car strictly have to park at open carpark instead of covered one ! The condos profile- Mostly local families with kids and few family tenants and professional, probably bcos there are not 2 1or 2 bedders units. Good for investment( future paya lebar hub ), family and couples planning to have kids.

  Good Location and beautiful development

  In my opinion, one of the best development near this area. 128 units just nice, not too crowded when swimming and yet sizable swimming pool unlike to small development. Despite the fact that the units come with bay windows, all units layout are well designed with no hidden corners. Convenient- strategically in between Dakota and Paya Lebar MRT Near wet market with wide choices of food. 5 mins drive to Katong Mall and ever popular Parkway. In 2 years time, value likely to increase due to new mega shopping mall- One Katong Mall ( was rumored that one of the anchor tenants is cold storage) and new commerical/shopping mall- Paya Lebar square.
