  Not peaceful

  Cleaner always use loud noisy blow fan to clean the leaves/rubbish in the early morning even on weekend. One of the car owners always use loud car remote to lock and unlock his car in early morning and late night.

  Ventura view gorgeous place

  Easy access to everywhere. Nice and quiet place with lot of nice food and places to chill nearby.

  Ventura View

  FreeHold Near Still Road without the turns to narrow streets development going for less than 1000 PSF very worth it. Construction and redevelopment is normal for any developments in the D15.The Price is a steal for a new unit in D15. The units are also shoe box nor mickey mouse units and of good size. I already bought a unit there and happy with it.

  Good Investment

  I would recommed this place to anybody who is seriously considering to invest in the East. District 15. With new developments costing PSF $1000 and above This place is commanding PSF $900 plus !!! Great value for Freehold, District 15. Nestled among the landed houses also offers opportunity for this estate to appreciate in value. As we are all aware landed in Singapore have great potential for growth.

  Ventura View

  Good location off Still Road. Near east coast beach, dining places and expressway to town. Nice interior layouts and good value compared to nearby prices.
