  Excellent Location. High quality construction

  Twin Regency has excellent location and connectivity. Close to CBD, Orchard and Harborfront. Walking distance to Tiong Bahru MRT and Tiong Bahru Mall and Great World City Mall is 5 mins by car. Famous Tiong Bahru eateries are within walking distance. The units are well constructed and layouts are very efficient with little wasted space.

  Still quite modern in design and within walking distance to Tiong Bahru MRT station. One of the few freehold properties that is so near the east west MRT line

  Noise could be an issue

  It is very convenient if you dont drive. The swimming pool is good size if you use it. the flip side is that it is surrounded by so many development that the noise from the pool (esp kids), from the neighboring units (I can see my neighbors from my kitchen and toilet... hmmm) can be a little bit too much. Convenient but I am not sure you need to be so convenient that you sacrifice the tranquality of a house.

  Nice place

  Nice place. Well build. Very pricey even for tiong bahru. launched at 600-700psf, by TOP was flipped till 1400psf then plunged to 900psf in 2008. good investment if the price is right.

  Twin Regency

  One of the few Freehold properties around the area, highly recommended for investment. Very popular among Japanese expats, best Condo layout and exellent facilities. Tiong Bahru MRT is a few step away and there are many amenities nearby. Whether it is for own stay or investment , it is still much better thatn Metropolitian & Ascentia Sky
