  Convenient and Lovely

  Easy commute via public transport or driving. Cozy living. Surroundings are well kept. Blessed to be staying here!

  Resort like living!

  Quiet area near PIE highway. Direct bus to orchard and city centre. Convenient with hawker food opposite, near UBI MRT. High ceiling and high quality appliances. No regrets buying this unit. Also walkable to Siglap Connector Park which brings me to ECP. Love this place!

  Noisy Noisy Environment

  It's a small development so you can always hear someone shouting or talking outside. Insulation is not that good so you can hear your neighbours, especially if they have butter fingers and drop things all the time. 2 out of 4 of the gates can't be used, you can only use the main entrance and the side.
