  Thomson Three

  a nice family friendly condo that i have been staying in for the past few years. peaceful with happy children splashing in the pool. it is quiet and the residents are lovely. sometimes we organise bbq with friends here or sing ktv together in the basement ktv room. we also organise swim classes for our little ones. nice little community. here at Thomson Three.

  hilltop haven

  Thomson Three is just a short walk up the hill from Thomson MRT, along the stretch there are other condos as well. it is well-maintained and a peaceful sanctuary where the blocks are far from the road. the back gate is near a HDB estate but that is very quiet as well. used to stay on a ground floor unit that provided easy access to pool, then later shifted to a high floor unit with amazing views of the pool and reservoir.

  good balance

  the slope that Thomson Three sits on connects two key areas, the Thomson side with the cafes/supper spots, the shopping mall. and walk upwards to reach the less crowded end of Bishan Park. there are also popular schools nearby like Ai Tong where my kids go. good balance of city, greenery, functionality and sanctuary. security guards and cleaners are always pleasant and on the ball.

  Thomson Three

  Well maintained. Quiet but well connected to amenities. Stones throw from upper Thomson MRT and Thomson plaza. Great for families. Walking distance to Ai Tong.

  Spacious development with 445 unit in a big plot ratio, convenient access with train, shopping and eateries around. Plus point with all the Elite school all nearby. (Ai Tong, St Nick, Cath High, RI, RGS, Eunoia JC) a short drive to Junction 8 if Thomson Plaza is not enough for you, Marymount Circle Line, Bishan Depot and Thomson east coast Line. Most important is surrounded with Greenery Environment
