Great location with Noisy living
The sound proof system is terrible, we could hear upstairs footfall noise/furniture pulling/door closing noises throughout the day & night! Stinky drain smell drifted into kitchen when wind blow in.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Affordable FH condo next to CBD MRT station
Same comment as Fel. I have visited more than 20 condos and finally pick this one. Reasons are: 1) nowadays, many 2nd hand LH condos (<85yr remaining lease period) in the central region are transacted >1600psf. 2) First hand condos in the central region are all over 2000psf (good quality condos >2500psf even LH)3) For most condos, >12min walks to the nearest MRT entrance4) very limited choices for 3 bedroom FH units that are next to CBD MRT station and under 2 million.Was this review helpful? Former resident, not landlord or broker
Having lived in for 4yrs, I can say it is a mixed bag. Other than what I said before, all I'd add is that you should avoid my old unit at all costs!!! She provided the unit with a cockroach infestation and refused to clean it for us. We had to take care of it on our own. The infestation was so bad, cockroach carcasses clogged the coolant hose in the refrigerator and the entire unit had to be replaced. But she refused to even do that for one full year. When we moved out, we replaced all light bulbs and even provided the landlord with extra compact fluorescent bulbs that we didn't need. We also provided photos of the condition of the apartment when we moved in to show that most of the damage in the apartment was pre-existing. She flatly refused to accept and is intent on charging us the full cost of all repairs regardless.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Nice Location but noisy
The location is incredibly convenient in terms of transportation, shopping and hospitals.Typical of residential buildings, the windows are single pane, not low-e, and framed with metal. this means low insulation from outside heat and noise. If a unit is in original condition, it will likely need new cabinets and AC units. There is also a persistent problem of cockroach infestation from the trash disposal. The grounds have great potential but the function room is tiny and the gym is need of renovation. The gym is either at or below exterior grade, so when it rains heavily, the gym carpet gets flooded. I'm certain there is a lot of mold damage under the dark carpeting. The lawn is nice, especially for children. The residents are a good mix of locals and expats (western and asian). Many of hte children in the building play together in the play gym downstairs on most afternoons. So, it's a pretty friendly building.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Rare FH condo beside MRT
Just realized that this is one of the rare FH condo that is beside MRT station and 3 shopping malls and still costs <$1500 psf! (The MRT station is Novena station and the 3 shopping malls are namely United Square (many good children's enrichment centres in here), Novena Square, and Novena Square 2). Good estate size and with large swimming pool, gym, sauna, function room, children playground, children pool, spacious greenery around the condo compound, basement carpark and tennis court. Nowsadays, most new condos don't have tennis court and comes with small narrow swimming pool.Was this review helpful? Report review -
