Security and resident carpark
inconvenient carpark access which always not working and the security that doesn’t know what to do -

Great place to live in!
Moved into my 1 bedroom unit here a few months ago. Really liked the layout of the unit as there is little wasted space, and how well-furnished the home already is. The condo facilities & common areas are also well-maintained. Dining has rarely been a hassle with plenty of food options here in Wisteria mall. For more options, there's also Yishun Park hawker centre which is nearby. Travelling is convenient as Khatib MRT is only 3 bus stops away (typically takes about 3 - 5min on the bus) and the bus arrival frequency is high. Great place to live in if you wish to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and yet still enjoy convenience. Highly recommended! -

Seamless smart home experience
I’m happy with how seamless the whole smart home experience is. I can control access to the property, the lights and the air conditioning through a mobile app. The sales agent told me that the entire house used prefabricated construction. How cool is that! All the shops and restaurants downstairs make it very convenient for me. We regularly eat out, and since moving here, we don’t have to drive out for food. Can easily walk to the restaurant. -

Smart homes are the best
The Wisteria is a modern development. I’ve rented out my condo unit here to tenants who are very pleased with the facilities and convenience. I had bought it back in 2018 when the concept of a smart home was still new and seemed futuristic! I love being able to digitally control my appliances and furnishings. -

Lovely apartment, excellent location
I got my 3-bedroom unit at The Wisteria in Yishun last year. I was searching for a property in this area for a while as an investment, but then we saw this apartment and just decided we'd move in. The condo is part of a larger development and is located above shops and restaurants where I get all my daily necessities and enjoy the occasional family dinner. It’s just 20 minutes away from the CBD where me and my wife work. -
