  best unit at top floor

  pick the topmost unit at The Water Edge @ Geylang if you can. lived there for a few years previously, nice with own bbq pit, rooftop swimming pool access via stairs with such lovely sunset views.

  plenty around you!

  never go hungry, never get bored living at The Water Edge @ Geylang. durians? you've got it. food? yes 24 hours. groceries and shopping? yes and yes. nightlife? ohh yes. you are middle of paya lebar and dakota, so can choose which you want to go (east-west vs circle, but many shopping malls at Paya Lebar).

  The Water Edge @ Geylang is exactly that: it's literally by the riverside, or rather a park connector alongside a picturesque "canal" that's good for a jog or a walk. nice environment to have, and the park is also lively with people exercising, can "join in" from my balcony.

  I love this area

  It’s very close to town and very convenient and love the variety of food around the area.

  PRICE not worth the QUALITY / overpriced and

  The condo facilities have not been maintained properly and are in bad condition. The buildings construction was not properly done and some features, such as the underground parking, have not been completed until this day. Parking your bike is a mess as well as parking your car. The gate / entrance of the condo is not the nicest and grab or taxi drivers tend to go to the wrong place. Cockroaches and lizards coming to visit you frequently, … This place needs a rework. SGD 2K per month for a normal condo here is ok thanks to the nearby amenities (some friends have those units). For a penthouse (I had this type) SGD 2.5k also still ok but note that those units often come with water leakage coming from the above terrace and electricity short cuts due to the not well sealed roof.   Do not rent- TOO NOISY - Rental is overpriced

  Suspected illegal airbnb/vice activities, condo extremely noisy due to nearby Paya Lebar air base and constant engine noise from military aircraft flying above the area DAILY from morning to noon.
