Impressed. It's a Little BIG development with
Love the potential of this project. Small with 45 units that is a prestige in itself. Privacy and space are superb. Bigger apartments are in demand due to work from home situation. The View @ Meyer's 3+1 unit is a single floor plate with 1690sqft of useable space! It is priced much lower than the new upcoming developments and it's a freehold. I love the Koi ponds surrounding the lobby areas which create a lot of peace. Once you enter into the apartment, you feel that all your hardwork is paid. Location needs no introduction. Across from the beach and next to MRT! -

The View condo at Meyer Road
Management is passive, complaints not dealt. Day time security guard is extremely rude to workmen, visitors and residents. Estate's exterior walls and glass facade need cleaning. -

very nice condo
went to see this condo recently.....love the place. 2 rm unit around 1100 sq ft but look spacious as no planter like new project and the balcony is small. living room and dining area is reasonable size and the master room is good for king size bed and enuff space for side table too. but put off by the high asking price. -
