  Small development

  Liveable space is quite small for penthouse units, unless the second floor is sheltered and converted into additional rooms. Limited facilities and quite a walk to the nearest bus stop. But issues can be resolved with some renovation and reconfiguring. The advantage is the small number of units and privacy.

  Boutique development

  Main advantage is a private lift lobby, and fairly spacious penthouse units if one chooses to renovate the 2nd floor to become a sheltered area. However, first floor common bedrooms and kitchen area are somewhat cramped. Not many facilities except for a small pool.

  Is not worth buying the price $1.5m above for the size 1668sqft and location Don't waste your time and cash

  Cosy Apartment near Kembangan Mrt

  I lived here for about 1 year with my family. Quiet Neighborhood and 9 min walk to the MRT station. Mostly landed properties around the area. Good for family and close to Park Connector

  Sunniflora

  Efficient layout with no wasted space. Very close to coffee shop with good variety of food. Approx 10 mins walk to Kembangan mrt station. Very quiet and peaceful location.

  Lovely boutique project within serene landed

  Just moved in! Low density project within the quiet Telok Kurau estate. 1 street away from main Changi Rd and coffeeshop at the corner. 9 mins walk to Kembangan MRT. Efficient layout and big bedrooms.

  Petite Yet Spacious

  Sunniflora - Petite Yet Spacious - a private apartment stays in a nice and quiet neighbourhood near Kembangan MRT, with the layout of the units planned efficiently in maximising the space. Good food in the East is readily accessible within distance from Sunniflora.
