Some units have no view at all
Visit a unit near to lucky height. It was very far from guardhouse. More suited for car owners. Surprising the architect positioned the unit that i visited behind a slope, effectively you are facing a slope right outside your windows. I really love the big pool and squash courts hahaha.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Very green & peaceful
Positives * Very large & green condo - can take a nice walk inside the condo * Full facilities (gym, squash, function room, tennis, swimming pool, jacuzzi, laundromat) - well maintained facilities. * Prompt security & Prompt fixing of any properties around condo * Good sized master bedroom and bathrooms * Very good connectivity of buses etc right outside the condo * 10 mins walk to the beach & 10-15mins bus ride to siglap Negatives * Some units, esp the ground floor unit (we lived in one), the back portion of the home - 2 rooms & the kitchen was not bright and would need lights during the day as well * Kitchens are very small and more like a long corridor * No balconies - although the area is breezy, the units are not very windy * The nearest convenience shop is at costa del sol condo - or a 20mins walk behind summit.Was this review helpful?
