exclusive lifts, spacious units
recommend thumbs up for big families, as units here at The Sovereign are 4 bedrooms (2,637 sqft to 3,305 sqft), with our own exclusive lift for ascending. even have putting green for golfheads and squash court in addition to usual bbq, pool, tennis court. -

high floor with great views
stay on the hgih floor of this 30-storey condo to enjoy the unbeatable views even from my kitchen and balcony. -

Meyer Road hideout
one of the most tranquil residential streets in Marine Parade is Meyer Road, and that's where you'll find condos like The Sovereign. -

Pool needs updating and maintenance
The swimming pool feels a little old and could use some updating and maintenance to make it more welcoming for residents and guests -

Spacious and ample parking lots
No need to scared no parking lots when you come back late at night. You can definitely find one. My relatives also have no problem when they come over for gatherings. The carpark is also spacious, not like the newer condos -
