Sierra - cool and clean
Wonderful location with ample parking. Breezy and well maintained. Comes with only a pool and gym but it has very few residents so they are under utilised. -

Serene
I stayed here @ a leased unit for 2 years. The condo is a few minutes walk from the Holland Road bus stops from where plenty buses to all over SG. The Dover MRT is a 10 minutes walk through the landed houses neighborhood. Frankly, this condo is not for people who like a lot of activity around them. This is a very elite lifestyle with only landed properties and very upmarket feel. Even the footpaths are customized and you almost forget you are in Singapore. A walk to the nearby Jelita Cold Storage supermarket will also proove the point how elite this area is. The supermarket keeps very select products and has a cedele outlet. Upstairs there is a bookshop, laundry etc. Dempsey Road and Orchard Road is a 10 mins drive, Buona Vista business district with one north, Rochester etc is a 3-4 mins drive via Ghim Moh. Finally all I can say this condo being 999 years has lots of potential for en bloc because of the limited land in the area, the other condos are too huge for en bloc and finally with Henry park School being a few minutes walk -

why not so many units for sale...
Perhaps they are overcharging? Seriously, at the end of D10, I won't consider it to be D10. Also, claim to be near good school. Henry Park isn't really that fantastic a good school (just google it and you will know what I am saying). Not chance of en bloc, or capital appreciation. If you buy now, you are probably paying the peak. Move eastwards of Holland Road. Better rental and capital appreciation! -
