  My opinion of The Sen Condo(RCR)

  2 Bedder B1 is the best layout and price to compare with the others. obviously the premium facing the BB nature reserve remains good if affordability is no issue. But the Price PSF of AVG:$2350 seems on the high side given the location vs vincinity. But nevertheless, Nature lover would die to own it since it a marble throw away to nature.
