Ticks all the boxes for a rare waterfront con
Ultimate convenience - less than 4 mins walk to Vivo City - the largest shopping mall in Singapore, Grade A offices, MRT station (Circle Line and North-East Line), Seah Im hawker centre, etc. Stroll along the whole stretch of boardwalk by the sea, Sentosa and its charms at your doorstep or simply chill dreamily looking at the cable cars above with their charming lights.. -

Best choice for seaside living
Being the closest to MRT and also having the longest lease (starting from 2021, making its lease longer than Corals by 14 years), The Reef is a best option for those who wants to experience living beside the sea. It is also the only condo in SG to boast a floating deck with facilities! The marine viewing hammock will be amazing and something which you cannot find elsewhere in SG!I personally like the courtyard blocks as you rarely find courtyards in SG condos. Developers (Mapletree and Keppel) are renowned, and the materials they use for the units are premium. Cannot wait to get my keys soon! -

The Reef at King's Dock is right beside the sea and opposite Sentosa. At the heart of the Greater Southern Waterfront, it could not be more conveniently located. Vivocity and Harbourfront Centre are malls that are just a stone's throw away. Harbourfront MRT station which serves the NE line and Circle line is a mere 3 to 5 minutes walk away, ensuring that you are well-connected if you live at The Reef. -

Luxury Living By The Sea
A luxurious condomium right beside the sea and opposite Singapore's top attraction, Sentosa. Lovely views and fresh air everyday. Also, The Reef is within walking distance to Singapore's largest mall, Vivocity, and Harbourfront MRT, ensuring convenience for one and all. The floating platform is first of its kind in SG. Truly the best condo in SG! -

Lack of privacy
I do not like how the lower story units are close to the pool. yes we get a stunning view but what about privacy? i cant possibly draw my curtains 24/7.. -
