  Nassim Hill is plenty lofty on its own, and The Loft elevates this with its rare, low-density boutique feel with peace and quiet surroundings and proximity to Orchard Road.

  upholding the prestige

  a prestigious development on Nassim Hill, The Loft upholds this honour. the management ensures that the grounds are immaculate, which enhances the charm of t his calm and quiet, private abode. despite that, it is not secluded, just a few minutes' walk to Tanglin Mall, the Orchard Road belt, Gleneagles Hospital, Napier MRT and even a short ride to key attractions like Botanic Gardens. Extremely central and convenient yet kept under wraps.

  unique low-rise sky bridge

  The Loft features a unique "sky bridge" between blocks. this link is at the second storey as the blocks are 4 storeys high only. thus it is less of a sky bridge and more of a drawbridge perhaps? since it is over the pool (moat). my resort castle that's close to town with a good atmosphere.

  Calm and quiet spot to live in

  The condo has a calming vibe despite being in town. Not all the units are occupied, so you don't have to worry about bumping into neighbours all the time. You will also almost always have access to the different amenities in the condo since there is lesser competition

  Very central location

  The location here is unbeatable. Very close to Gleneagles hospital, Orchard, Tanglin Mall, and just a stone's throw away from Napier MRT station

  too many residents have dogs

  beautiful condo and supposed to be a quiet & relaxed reatreat. However, recent half a year have few residents moved in with dogs, leaving them barking at home unattended. Not recommended for anyone who cannot tolerate noise during dinner hours and weekends.
