Quiet and nice place
Many older SG Chinese folks here. Good for your elderly to stay in. Apparently most of them have been here since the condo was built! They seem to all know each other and meet early in morning. Very peaceful. Even the playground is quiet!! -

close to nature park
Close to Bukit Batok nature park and easily accessible by the park connector. Full facilities typical of older condos, with good and regular unit sizes. Facade could do with a fresh coat of paint (preferably not in the current white and yellow). -

Prices to go up
Quite a nice place. Natura@Hillview has launched at around $1300-1400psf, and will be higher at TOP. So, this place's resale will also shoot up. At least 20-30%. -

Petals
Another quality development by Frasers Centrepoint Homes. Units are good size. Estate looks new even though is 7 years old. More than 200,000 sf of land for residents to enjoy and only 270 units! Best of all is the price at around S$700psf for freehold. With new MRT up in 2015 you are only 8 stops to Orchard. The air quality is extremely good as it is next to nature reserve and within walking distance to wet markts and hawker centres. Great as medium term investment too. Nearby freehold land already being en bloc at S$600psf. -

Nested in lush, tranquil greenery. A reasonable size condominium, excellent community living yet privacy ensured. Each block has a classy, pleasant reception area to welcome guests and friends.A plus for any who first visit the place. The children playground is surrounded by green, a great sitting area for expats or residents to interect or just to sit down for a breather.Try to take a night walk around the compound, it is so romantic, serene and be greeted by the pleasant scent from the lush greenery. As you swim or bask at the poolside, you really feel that you are living in a resort. The Petals is just a mere 6 mins walk away the nature park, great for exercises and nature lovers. The Petals is a full facility condo ( even 2 tennis courts) and even kaoroke.Very good place to live. -

Exclusively classy
Extremely well maintained as the premise looks like brand new although it is 7 years old. Friendly neighborhood with an excellent blend of locals and expats. Good facilities and spacious flats. Minutes away from Bukit Batok Central, West Mall and Railway Mall, food is never a problem! Very convenient, 2 bus stop away from Bukit Batok MRT and 1 bus stop away from future Hillview MRT. Direct bus to town – bus stop just in front of the guard house. -
