One of the Best Managed Condos

Costa Del Sol is one of the best managed condos in the East. We have visited multiple properties before moving here 7 years ago. Everything is kept pristine and clean all the time. Multiple huge pools and vibrant amenities within the condo itself - spa, dry cleaners, mini mart, pool side restaurants. Some of the best layouts I have seen, long rectangular and proper. So many family-oriented activities organized by the cono all the time. Would not move anywhere else. Govt has even announced a Bayshore plan to bring more connectivity and amenities to the area, 10/10!

Superb seafront living with an excellent view

Superb seafront living with an excellent view, Recently bought my unit, pool, MBS and Sea View. Will retire here and cannot wait for Bayshore MRT coming out in less than a year with the new amenities!

I have been living here for 10 years. Lovely friendly neighbours and lots of outdoorsy fun. the construction quality is excellent and the home shapes are very space-efficient & versatile. Breezy to0.

One of the best quality of living I ever seen

This is probably one of the best condos I have seen despite seeing more than 100+ properties. The maintenance is top notch and I cannot wait for the MRT to come and the redevelopment in the area..

Loving It!

We moved into our 1,313sq ft apartment @ Costa late last year and are loving every moment of it.
The community here a good mix of Japanese, Koreans, Indians, CHinese and Cauasians.
There's only 2 units per floor, privacy.
Although there are 900 units, the facilities are never overcrowded, there's enough room in the pool to do laps even on weekends, the gym is well equipped with people limiiting their time to the equipment under 1/2 hour..
Spacious grounds to take a nice stroll whilst enjoying the sea breeze,.
Security is friendship, so is the management.
The landscape is always green and clean, kudos to the gardeners and cleaners who even clean the equipment in the gym regularly during the day.
It's just a 10-15 mins walk to the hawker centre on East Coaast Beach, 5 mins to Bedok Jetty and 10-15 mins to Sunset Bay Bistro. If you fancy a long jog route this is the place to be at. All this connected to the condo via a underpass.
There's a shuttle service that takes you to Bedok MRT daily and an Express mini bus to Shenton Way in the morning, costing $4-$5/journey.
This is one of the best well maintained beach front properties on the East Coast with an awesome view of the sea.
You'll never go wrong investing here. I recommend this building for: City Living, Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children, Peace & Quiet, Luxury & Prestige, Students, Western Expats and Asian Expats.

The planned residential area is on the eastern side of costa del sol, so only the blocks with greenery facing might be potentially impacted by the future development. For the rest blocks which has sea view or pool views, there is almost no impact.

New Project nearby will drop the value

I was told by a few agents that there was a planned residential construction in the nearby greenery spaces and that is why so many sellers are selling now. That could dramatically reduce the value of costa del sol, just like what costa del sol did to the bayshore.

Estate kind of old 1997

For a 99LH, land from 1997. $1200 is way to high price to pay. In a couple of years, the price will be like Mandarin Gardens & Bayshore Park. Though facilities are good but..hummmm..

I would recommend Costa to anyone interested in a resort lifestyle away from the city. Although the make up of residents is very diverse it is very family friendly.
Please ignore any comments about the guards. Yes they are strict when it comes to vistors but as a resident I like that security. A few pointers from me. If this is the place for you ,shop around for a condo that overlooks the forest and S China Seas. Its great to wake up to that sight! Shops on sight suit all tastes and needs. There's a dvd store, dry cleaners and wine shop, doctors and mini mart. The latter is closed on Mondays but open 9am till 9pm other days and caters to all tastes.
There's 2 regular bus services from the condo. One to Bedok MRT, Siglap and Marina Parade the other to Suntec and CBD. I take the latter,which is a bus plus service costing 5 dollars each way. It takes 35 minutes to Suntec and 45 minutes to One Raffles Quay. Costa has a cafe on site serving fresh pizzas and local cuisine. Though its not 5 star food it certainly adds to the resort feel sitting outside by the pools. The rest of the outside space is well maintained and quite breath taking. 7 pools! 6 BBQ pits, 3 tennis courts, newly laid putting green, jogging tracks and an out of the way cricket come driving nets (to name a few things). The traffic can be a distraction at first but you soon get used to it. The main down side for me is the on site property management. They are not that responsive and the hours they hold aren't workable for people like me who work during the week. If they opened up all day Saturday and Sunday morning this would get all 5 stars from me.But there's no point dwelling on that when you have the East Coast and great facilities at your fingertips. I recommend this building for: Outdoors & Activities, Families with Children and

one of the well maintained condo at east coast. It takes 5 minutes walk to east coast park and easily access to the eatery and restaurants in the park. Good security system and proper facility arrangements. This condo fits for those who wants to be away from crowd after work.
