Plus points: - Centralized location (mins' drive to Holland Village, Bt Timah & town) - Amenities (opposite rows of eateries & malls) - Public transport convenience (nearby bus-stops & MRT in future) - Great spacious layout - Near to Bt Timah Nature Reserve for nature lovers - Landed properties in general means owning land as opposed to strata titles (eg. cluster houses) in land-scarce Singapore Minus - Only few available for sale/ rent
