  Beware and check thoroughly of interior

  The condo looks nice and modern from the outside and good location too, but the inside it's pretty old and not well look after, make sure you get the fully renovated one.

  Unusually high ceilings but not yet a loft makes this a very pleasant property to reside in

  Top notch condo

  We rented here for two years and were very happy with the Metz. Outstanding central location, right near Somerset MRT and with a Fair price finest across the road. Plenty of eating and entertainment on your doorstep. Great facilities especially the pool. The units are well constructed with quality fittings and high ceilings. Private lift direct to your apartment is a nice feature, once you adjust to it. The only complaints could be the noise from construction work, some views might be eroded as new condos sprout up around it, and it might be too much hustle and bustle for those who prefer peace and quiet. Lack of balcony might be an issue for some but we didn't mind and prefer the extra floor space inside. The only other downside is the prices as obviously you must pay the price for this prime location. For investors the rental yield will be poor but I guess many will still back it for the freehold, blue chip location and capital growth expectation. However when prices are already tipping over 2500/sqft, it's becoming a bit more risky even here perhaps.

  Superb Location

  I love this place. Where else can you find a CENTRAL location that is outside the CBD? Don't have to pay ERP fees and yet conveniently located opposite Cineleisure, Takeshimaya and the entire Orchard Road belt. NTUC Finest opposite for groceries, great coffee at Oriels or Black, movies at Cineleisure, kaya toast at Killiney coffeeshop and more. Awesome!

  nice but low rental yield

  very nice place but rental yield is surprisingly low. not even 3.5% own stay maybe. rental?...unless price drop by 20%

  This is a beautiful condo, great facilities, huge swimming pool. Location is perfect, close to MRT, shopping and eateries.

  Good location with 2 MRT station nearby, city living, major malls in singapore. With choices of studio-penthouse units. Very attractive price.
