  Terrible Management

  Condo has great location. Management is very rude, runs with archaic and arbitrary rules, can fine or threaten anyone on slightest of the excuses. Very limited kids in the condo and management is very restrictive with children - kids not allowed to play without parents. Very kids unfriendly condo. Conditions of apartments is quite basic as it is relatively an old condo. You pay high rent for the location. Landscape inside the condo is nice and well maintained. Guards are very friendly and helpful. Condo was given refurbishment year ago which improved the external facade a bit. Due to age inside - most apartments need refurbishment. Cockroaches can be a problem for lower floors. You pay for location and location only.

  Living just a stone throw away from Holland V

  I love where The Merasaga is located i.e. in a cosy, quiet & low density residential estate at the edge of the iconic Foodie Paradise, Holland Village & MRT. You don't need a car to get the necessities, they are all within walking distance. Just outside Merasaga's security gates are the Chip Bee Garden Shophouses lined with Cafes (eg Baker & Cook, Tiong Bahru Bakery, Keong Saik Bakery, % Arabica), there is also Raffles Holland V Mall (Medical, Gym, Supermarket, more Food), Holland Road Shopping Centre (Supermarket, Banking, Pharmacy), more shophouses with international food , and the latest addition, One Holland Village (Pet friendly Mall). The condominium consists of 3 blocks, total 116 units only with good facilities : Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, Squash, BBQ , Gym.

  Great location with nearby amenities & transp

  The Merasaga condo is located at the quieter part of Holland Village with good connectivity & nearby amenities. The condo has a nice big pool, bbq pits, tennis & squash court, playground, club house, gym, nice landscape with koi pond, amble car park lots, etc. Condo layout is good with no big balcony, bomb shelter or wasted space. Condo compound has lots of greenery.

  Conveniently located with amenities

  It is located 100m from Holland Village MRT station (Circle Line) & bus stop with 2 supermarkets, shopping centre, food centre, cafes, restaurants, banks, medical & dent clinics, spa, etc. within 5-10 minutes walk. There are kindergartens, international schools, colleges, polytechnics, university & hospitals within 5-10 minutes drive. Botanic Gardens, Dempsey & Orchard Road shopping belt is 15-20 minutes bus ride away. Raffles Place & Tanjong Pagar MRT stations (East-West Line) is 8 stations away. The condominium is located away from the main road and is situated on elevated ground and is quiet & breezy with greenery.

  The Merasaga - Great & quiet location with MR

  Its 3-bedroom unit has big living/dining hall and master bedroom (vs new condominium). Other 2 bedrooms can easily put queen size bed.

  Cockroaches and bad management

  Huge cockroach issue! Multiple theft cases. Intercom and tennis court has not been working for months. Pool was closed twice in the past few months. Squash court floor is broken for years. Kids and adults got serious cuts from broken facilities.

  Getting worse and worse

  Lived here for 3 years but last 1.5 years gettiing worse and worse. Facilities are closed or not available. Gym only having very old equipment or not working equipment. Tennis court not open for months and months. Swimming pool again under renovation (second time in the last 8 months and of course again taking much longer than was planned for). Time to leave this place

  The Merasaga

  Almost ful Fledged condo located in the chip bee garden and holland village vicinity. Charming, quiet and yet convenient with holland village amenities and holland village MRT station at walking distance
