Loving it here!
High quality units, feels fresh and polished. Small units, but sufficient if furnished well; we fit a nice living room and a decent kitchen in our 2-bedroom flat without it feeling cramped. Big balcony and incredible view, so spend a lot of time there. Location is unparalleled with most central locations within walking distance and great public transport connectivity. Really nice area to live in with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops, without it ever feeling rowdy or noisy. The pool and outdoor areas are really nice, people swimming and enjoying the sun on weekends, not crowded at all. The gym is pretty tiny and not equipped for weight lifting, so better to pay for the gym across the road. Shared areas ("party lounge" etc) are not very inviting and use is limited, so a bit superfluous. -

Peaceful living amidst city centre
Been living at the M for 2 months and we are loving the peace and quietness within the condominium. A stone's throw away are shopping malls and eateries such as Bugis Junction, Suntec, Raffles City, and Chijmes. Access to public transport is simple and driving around is just as convenient. It is near to highway entrances/ exits and going anywhere is fuss free. Driving to gardens by the bay takes less than 10 minutes. Truly a place that is well connected! Loving the experience of city living in Singapore! -

In the middle of it all
Premium fittings, efficient layout and space used. Incredibly convenient with access to malls, two train lines, library, NAFA & SMU -

Great location and nice views
Have been living here for 2 months plus now. The M is truly in the middle of everything. It is next to 4 MRT lines with 2 MRT interchanges. There's lots of affordable F&B options around (Albert Centre, Beach Road, Liang Seah St), especially heritage local classics which cannot be found at other parts of Singapore. The nearest supermarket is Cold Storage which is directly opposite. Other amenities include Central Library, Institutes of Higher Learning (SMU, UAS, NAFA, Lasalle). The common areas (rooftop and infinity pool areas) offers good views of CBD and Raffles City. On the high floors of Blk 38, you can catch good vantage views of Bugis Central, Orchard Road, Little India. On clear days, you will be able to see Bukit Timah Hill and Dairy Farm condos. Love the balcony views. -

Convenience and the middle of everything!
Stay at The M, you will realise, there is a lot of options around you. Be it shopping, cinema, grocery, convenience stores, food and even a massive library! You can get to everywhere just by walking and it super convenient. Especially if you are working at Suntec, South Beach or around Bugis area! Overall, the project will well kept, efficient management office and resident committee. The convenience of living in The M safes travel time, gives lots of activity options and food! -

High potential
The proximity to Bugis junction, Suntec City, Midtown, Southbeach, is very convenient for work, shopping and living. CBD is dead in the weekend, unlike around The M. Lots of food options, grocery shopping, 3 x 7-11s within a stone throw, it is the most convenient work/living project. Especially if you are working at Suntec, South beach or bugis area! You never run out of things to eat and a multitude of food deliver options as well! -

Buy at your own risk on the smell
Entering the condo is a bad exeperience as the development esp carpark smells really bad due to smells from bugis cube back alley. It feels like a cheap development. -

Spectacular Wing Tai Development The M Condo
Saw the facilities. Amazing. Saw the location. Jaw dropping. Wing Tai lives up to its name with the M Condo. Nothing short of spectacular is the word to describe this newest TOP condo right beside Bugis Cube and Bugis Junction. Awesome city skyline views from Blk 30 especially for high floor units. -
