  Extremely horrible management

  Horrible development with horrible management. The development is dirty and not well maintained. Gym is extremely dusty. Would give the management -10 stars if I can. Management is extremely inflexible. They do not allow package deliveries when the owner is not home which makes things a huge hassle for people with full time jobs. Parking is extremely painful as well. I was using a family car and they did not allow me to park my family car overnight even though I am a resident there. Extremely ridiculous and brainless policies.

  Just Wait For It

  Extremely convenient to get around (City, East Coast Park, great food). A tad noisy and dusty with the ongoing construction of MRT, so got to wait it out but buy it early as FH+MRT= where to find?

  Noisy Construction Nearby

  The MRT construction nearby is working at 24HR. Sometimes even very noisy in the midnight and non stopping during weekends. If you need a peace and quiet place to rent, it is not a good place, maybe until end of this MRT project.
