  The joy of low-rise apartments

  You will rarely find new low-rise developments, but that’s the beauty of living near the airport. I am an aviation geek, so I got myself a condo on the highest floor of The Jovell, from where I’ll be setting up my telescope and camera to watch planes take off and land. It’s a hobby I’ve picked up from my dad and plan to pass it on to my son. I can’t wait to move into my new condo.

  Sweet space near the airport

  I bought a 4-bedroom unit at The Jovell at Flora Drive near Changi Airport because I’m a pilot with Singapore Airlines and the odd hours at which I return home could make the drive back quite tedious. I wanted to eliminate that by living near the airport. Once I move in, I will use my time to explore the facilities and nearby amenities. I’ll also start playing tennis again.

  Nice landscapes and facilities. Convenient for those working in eastern Singapore as Jovell has fast access to the ECP. Decent pricing too
