  the convenience of 2 MRTs

  a tranquil mixed development with retail, industrial and research facilities with residential developments and lifestyle, The Hill @ One-North at Slim Barracks Rise is also located amid nature, resembling a resort. but the best thing is that it is less than 10min walk either way to one-north MRT (circle line) and Buona Vista MRT interchange (circle and east west) for ultimate convenience.

  SG's silicon valley

  can foresee good rental yield as The Hill @ One-North is located in perhaps the most intelligent area of Singapore, touted as the silicon valley due to all the science and research institutes, business parks, universities all here. good take up rate from professors, scientists, students and families who want to send their children to these top institutes.

  The Hill @ One-North won Best Private Condo Development (Singapore) at 2024's propertyguru awards, with TOP in 2026, it's an anticipated project that will add to the housing options in this part of Singapore. of note is the design of ascending blocks, as though climbing a lush hill
