Mrt at doorstep with shelter to the mrt
Love the greens and the swimming pool is a plus.My unit is high rise but not facing the mrt.The noise does not bother me at all .Especially when the door is closed hardly can hear the noise .I’m staying on the high floor with unblock viewWas this review helpful? Report review -

Very Convenience Location and scenic scenary
Located at the Crossroads of the East side of Singapore (literally between popular East locations like Bedok Central, East Coast Park, Changi Business Park, Changi Airport, Tampines Central), This is a very good condo if you are into living in the East side of Singapore. Regardless of whether you are driving or not, there's plenty of public transport to get you to the locations i mentioned. The MRT station is literally just steps away from the side Entrance! Also, there's surprisingly quite a number of 'jacuzzi spa pools' within the vicinity (1 big one, 1 medium one and 2 small ones) in addition to an olympic size swimming pool and a kids' pool. I agree with some of the reviews here that the Gym is abit on the small side especially in relation to the number of units in the glades. I don't play tennis so can't comment much about the Tennis Court Quality). I got a larger high ceiling one room unit facing the bungalows so the MRT noisy is not really an issue for me. Kinda scenic sleeping on the hammock in the balcony during the weekend. Also, alot of greenaries in the 'gardens' so if you are into this type of stuff, probably the lower units will be your thing. Lastly, as i am a frequent traveler, the location being so near to the airport is a godsend.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Not bad but too crowded
Very lovely landscape and so close to MRT! But a bit congested, 700+ units for 1 tennis court only! Gym is small by most condo standards. Also wished there was a storeroom in my unit...Was this review helpful? Report review -

Very convenient and pleasant environment
Location is very convenient, just steps away from the mrt exit. Makes going to work and coming back home really easy. Environment within the condominium is also very pleasant, spacious with lots of greenery and water features, plus walking paths too. Feels relaxing coming back after a day at work. It is also a pleasant change from the crowded feeling everywhere in Singapore with so much space to relax. Enjoy sitting on one of the deck chairs semi submerged at the pool in particular. Superb location, no noise with right unit
Attracted by the development as it's almost at doorstep of the mrt station entrance. By mrt, it takes just 15-20min to the heart of the city. Was a little anxious before I collected my keys as many people told me about track noise for condos near mrt stations. But to my pleasant surprise, nothing heard from my unit. That could be because I chose a unit facing the landed houses. Also get an unblocked view with that.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Nice finishing, environment and facilities
Lovely interior of the unit aside. Love the luxurious bathroom with rain shower and storage, plus marble flooring throughout unit which is easy to clean. Spacious, bright and airy corridors which is unusual for a condo these days. Other pluses for me - big swimming pool and well equipped gym. Shopping mall is one mrt stop away, and the local hawker centre and coffee shops are one bus stop away or for me, walking distance. I don't even need a cab when travelling to and fro the airport now, and it's actually faster!Was this review helpful? Report review -

One of the best condo unit for me
Why I chose Glades? Lots of facilities to enjoy on weekends + Nice interior with modern luxurious finishing and the best brand appliances + huge common compound and greenery.. having moved in, ambience at night with the lighting, trees etc is awesome.. feels like being in a holiday resort. I went for the larger one bedroom unit of 506sqft with ensuite master bedroom which I was told is very rare in the project. The living space in the smaller one bed units were too small for me! As my unit faces the inside i.e. Low rise private property across the road, I get no road or mrt track noise at all. Enjoy the view from the large balcony. I get to watch planes glide by with 0 noise too.. a pleasant surprise. Management is helpful and friendly too, despite being so busy during the initial TOP period. Stayed in a couple of other condos before and I must say this is the best I have so far.Was this review helpful? Report review -

Steps from MRT, Excellent space & facilities
1) Unbeatable location especially when it rains in Singapore- with the MRT almost at doorstep.. just enter and walk through the spacious underground carpark to reach your block's air conditioned hotel-like lift lobby. 2) No MRT noise at all, if you have got a unit facing the private landed properties.And a serene view too. 3) Lots of common space with water features and amenities including spa and a long pool to relax.. and well spaced out blocks means it's windy especially if you have a unit facing the landed properties.Was this review helpful?
