MRT ease
The Glades is conveniently connected to Tanah Merah MRT, easy to get around. but that also means there's mrt sound, esp since it's an interchange for changi airport. noise doesn't bother me so this is fantastic -

tennis court!
there is a tennis court at The Glades, but when booking must be quick as this is shared among all our 700++ units here. nowadays many condos don't come with tennis courts so this is an attractive option for me -

beautiful landscape
The Glades boasts beautiful landscaping, water features, and ample space within the condo makes me feel relaxing and pleasant, I very enjoy my time just wondering around. there are also 3 tree-like sky pods that light up at night - so out of this world -

Very beautiful and quiet, near to MRT
I’ve really grown to love living at The Glades. The first thing that won me over was the convenience — being right next to Tanah Merah MRT honestly changes your daily life. No rushing, no long walks, everything just feels easier. The estate itself feels like a small resort. There’s so much greenery everywhere that you forget you’re in Singapore sometimes. The pool is huge and peaceful, and I often find myself going down just to unwind. The tennis courts are well-kept and surprisingly easy to book — it never feels overcrowded like many newer condos. Another thing I appreciate is the lifestyle here. You can literally hop on a bike at the doorstep and ride all the way to East Coast Park. Weekend mornings feel different when the sea breeze is only a few minutes away. -

So quiet and beautiful condo, ideal for coupl
One of my best choices of living here. The environment is so nice and very quiet. Greenery is maintained well, super close to MRT. Good capital gain also with a few new developments ongoing -

Good and Bad
My colleague and I both rented a unit each at Glade. She for a 2br facing the pool and all was good. Separately I got a low floor 1 bedder facing the landed houses, think it would be better, but boy I was wrong. Firstly, my unit at block 20 is too close to the road junction and very often I hear loud traffic noises from bikes and buses. Also, there’s a Chinese temple directly in front of block 20. I was told it’s a columbarium housing the ashes of the dead. Time to time I could hear activity noises from the temple especially during big events, and smelling smokes and incenses is not uncommon. Think twice if you are getting a low floor unit facing the landed / temple. Choose those units facing the pool as they are much better -

It’s like a war zone!
Signed on a tenancy for 2 years and that must be the greatest mistake I have ever made in Singapore! While I was initially impressed with the walking distance to the train, I was soon plagued by the constant construction dust and noise which seem to go on forever. The main road leading to the condo is forever jam packed, with heavy construction machinery and hoardings all over. Grab drivers told me it’s always a headache to drive past that stretch of Tanah Merah. Staying here is constantly giving me headaches ! -

Congested and Noisy
Condo is near the MRT and it also means it’s super congested and noisy. Probably appeals to expats and tenants who values the proximity to mrt but this is definitely not the right place for own stay. It’s far from amenities. You can’t even get food or basic necessities within walking distance. So in conclusion, it would be a good condo if you want to invest and rent out, but definitely not one you would get for own stay. -

Congested and Noisy
Plus point - it’s near the mrt but that’s about it for this project. -
