Quiet development and sizeable land size. Units are bright and airy depending on location. Units have a small balcony and very little wasted space. There are 2 toilets even for the one bedroom units so that is good. The pool is elevated and of surprisingly good size. Gets lots of sun. Gym is average but at least more than one machine which is more than what I can say for new small projects these days.Location is good. Easy to get food. Fairly near to the beach and marine parade. It is not as near to Tao nan school ie not walkable but near enough 10 mins by bus.Walking distance to Eunos about 15 min walk if strolling leisurely.

A good size condo wtih adequate facilities like swimming pool, bbq pits, gym, sauna and excercise corner. Located near to MRT, Eunos and East Coast Road. The ample parking lots is a plus point. Not easy to find in busy Joo Chiat area.The location is far enough from the exciting pub area yet near all famous eateries like Fei Fei Noodles, Eng Seng Restaurant (Black Pepper Crab), Kim Choo Dumpling, Teochew Steamboat, etc.The condo itself is breezy and well designed. Internal layout maximizes space and lighting. It is one of the last few developments with bay windows before the rule change.Notwithstanding the newer developments sprouting out nearby, it is a good sizeable development with adequate facilities, security and investment opportunities.
