Great Investment!!! High Rental Yields
I have a studio apartment here that has been really easy to rent out because of the location. Conveniently located next to Holland V MRT. Although its 1 minute walk to the bustling Holland Village itself, its quiet and surrounded by beautiful trees. The interiors of the condo is of high quality. The pool is relaxing and resort like. Ample underground parking space. Renting out my apartment has been a breeze and this has definitely been my best property investment so far. Compared to the new launches in this area, this mid sized development is priced much better and beats the rest in terms of location!Was this review helpful? Report review -

Great location!! Friendly expat community!
Been renting this condo for the last 3 years and finally decided to buy over the unit because I really love the location. Right next to Holland MRT, 1 min walk to Holland Village to all my fav restaurants. The condo development is well designed & landscaping. Nice friendly expat community staying here! We hv drinks & BBQ by the pool on some weekends.Was this review helpful? Report review -
