  Sound investment

  I’ve got to say that I'm one of the fortunate few who wasn't impacted financially by the pandemic. In fact, I got a raise, and property prices were low enough to make a killing on the investment front. The Florence Residences will be completed by 2023 and by then, I am hoping to see a sizable appreciation of my 2-bedroom apartment. I may move in or rent it out, I haven’t decided yet. Since the apartments are so beautifully designed, I may just want to stay there.

  Definitely deserves all the awards

  I saw an advertisement on The Florence Residences after it received awards from PropertyGuru. The awards helped me filter out some of the not-so-good projects from the good ones and this one made it to the shortlist. We signed the cheque last month for a standard 3-bedroom unit and are convinced after much research that we have found the best home that suits our tastes. Our master bedroom will have its own balcony and we can't wait to enjoy the views.

  Huge development of 1,410 units comprising of

  Huge development of 1,410 units comprising of 9 blocks of 18 storeys, it’s possibly one of the 5 largest condo in Singapore by its sheer number of units. The developer has lined up 12 clubs(clubhouse)
