Best condo for families
Excellent Condo for families, nice facilities, very big swimmig pool, nice schools nearby, upcoming Hougang Integrated development, upcoming renovated sports hall at the doorstep, two Mrts in walkable distance , -

Disappointed!!
Sadly, our experience as resident & our visitors were bad. Management staffs past and present are rude and inefficient. Security watching tiktok & not vigilant. Some neighbours are from hell and biased. Landscape and facilities are fine. But a touch of class is missing in this condo. -

Great condo for families!

The location of The Florence Residences is also a major plus. It's conveniently situated near schools, shopping centers, and public transportation, making it easy to access everything you need. The proximity to parks and green spaces is a welcome bonus for nature lovers. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a superb living experience. -

Sound investment
I’ve got to say that I'm one of the fortunate few who wasn't impacted financially by the pandemic. In fact, I got a raise, and property prices were low enough to make a killing on the investment front. The Florence Residences will be completed by 2023 and by then, I am hoping to see a sizable appreciation of my 2-bedroom apartment. I may move in or rent it out, I haven’t decided yet. Since the apartments are so beautifully designed, I may just want to stay there. -

Definitely deserves all the awards
I saw an advertisement on The Florence Residences after it received awards from PropertyGuru. The awards helped me filter out some of the not-so-good projects from the good ones and this one made it to the shortlist. We signed the cheque last month for a standard 3-bedroom unit and are convinced after much research that we have found the best home that suits our tastes. Our master bedroom will have its own balcony and we can't wait to enjoy the views. -
