Great Location, Chic living
The location really cannot be beat. Close to town, great transport links, near Botanic Gardens and walking distance to supermarket and eateries. Pool is small but attractive and good enough for laps and kids to play in. Good thing is it's not over-run with swimmers and kids like in bigger developments. Does not have grounds for strolling, but the gorgeous Botanic Gardens with the Children's Garden a stroll away is a great alternative, better than any condo garden I would say. Gym has just some equipment, good only if you want a cardio workout. I've always preferred a real gym (as opposed to a condo gym) for a good workout, and usually only pop into a condo gym for a quick run on the treadmill anyway. So, if you are looking for a big condo development, with a large pool, big gym and vast grounds, with many units and many residents, this development is not for you. Development is best suited for chic city living, for those who want the convenience and prestige of city living, close proximity to good clubs and recreational facilities. -

A Gem for Alfresco Living!
This property is a lovely boutique development, and great for yuppies looking for lifestyle living, especially Alfresco style. What to like: --> Located in prestigious D10 and Freehold (So value is preserved!) --> Convenience! - 5min walk to future Stevens Road MRT by 2015 (1 stop from Newton and 1 stop from Botanical Gardens) - 5min drive to Orchard Roads - Easy access to major Expressway - PIE - Stone throw away from the Raffles Town Club, The Pine Tree Club, and very near the American Club --> One of the nicest modern looking apartment along Stevens road. This is not a Condo so you need not pay for many facilities that you don't use most of the time esp. if you do not have kids, or have very young kids. --> Great usable Patio space where you can really enjoy Alfresco Living. And not completely boxed up in indoor living space with miserable balcony (Provided you like Alfresco Living) --> High captial appreciation potential, and good rental yields given the convenience factors. What to take note: --> NOISE - It is along the road, so tend to be a bit noise, like typical city living --> Patio space - for family that like Alfresco Living - who appreciates a good mix of indoor and outdoor space. -

worth buying
at first look, this condo pricing appears to be very attractive but few points to take note: 1. this is more of an apartment rather than condo, small pool and a miserable treadmill and cycling station called gym. no strolling or resting open space in the condo ground floor 2. this area is prone to flooding, if u stay at ground floor, good luck! 3. the living space is small, alot of of areas in the floorplans are planters, patio, AC areas... 4. no security guard on duty. apparently to save maintenance fees, the security is compromised.... -
